As a Primary School (elementary school) teacher, and adult with ADHD, promoting awareness of ADHD and campaigning for support is my passion.
In October 2017, we celebrated ADHD Awareness month around the world and my contribution to this month of awareness and action was to create a project called, “31 Days of ADHD.”
Each day, I wrote and published an article relating to ADHD, my experiences and how we educators can support children with ADHD more effectively in our schools.
Due to the positive feedback I received, the personal journeys that strangers shared with me and the international following of the blog, I continued to post after ADHD Awareness Month on topics relevant to ADHD, education and other associated issues.
