I am a teacher, writer and ADHD campaigner from Edinburgh and the main areas I focus on in my writing are education and mental health.

My greatest passion is raising awareness of ADHD and I work with a support group, and several UK based ADHD charities, to raise the public profile of ADHD. My aim is to highlight the issues surrounding diagnosis and support structures for adults and children with an ADHD diagnosis, contributing to the public narrative surrounding this common neurodevelopmental condition.

I am also passionate about increasing access to quality STEM resources and I collate and review a range of resources for my STEM teaching blog.

I am also a mother to a wonderful 13 year old boy and girlfriend to a lovely man, and as a family we enjoy outdoor pursuits such as hill walking, archery and canoeing- as well as indulging our love of travel.
